I am a licensed broker/agent for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Seattle. I have 25 years of experience working closely with people, and am grateful to be in a role where I can assist people with one of the most critical aspects of their lives: their home.
I’ve devoted my life to working with and supporting people best I can. My career began as a high school Debate and English teacher, where I strove to make school impactful to my students; my school-board-approved curriculum revisions in Debate and Film Study resulted in a 250% increase in enrollment in those electives within two years. After five years of teaching, I needed to earn more than a teacher’s salary to support my young family, so moved into Client Relationship Management and Account Management for Fortune 500 software companies, where my role was to help enterprise clients maximize their million dollar investments in our technologies. What I valued most about this role, whether it was negotiating contracts or implementing solutions, was the opportunity to make people’s work lives easier and less stressful.
In 2020, I began my migration away from software and into the amazing world of residential real estate. I am currently licensed with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, and work in tandem with my real estate partner, teammate and life partner Larissa Wilson (LarissaWilson.com), a top-performing broker and Five-Star professional with 20 years of successful real estate experience in the greater Seattle area. Larissa is amazing, and I’m grateful that I work with her every day in her mission to provide amazing experiences for her clients.
For the past 10 years I volunteer one day a week at various charities whose missions are to help fellow human beings in need. This has included stints at the Ballard Food Bank, Providence Hospital NICU, Crisis Connections and most recently the Backpack Brigade. I’m far from perfect, but I strive to be there best I can for people, whether in teaching, client management, volunteering or residential real estate.
