A spring weekend means a busy weekend for a real estate agent (me) or a person who wants to buy or sell a home, or is an open house hobbyist (a decent percentage of open house visitors like to spend weekends touring homes just because). My partner Larissa and I are located in Seattle but have been busy this year in Seattle, Bellevue, Burien and (of all places) Wenatchee.
What does this weekend look like in the Seattle and Bellevue real estate market?
1. How many active listings are currently on the market in Seattle and/or Bellevue? What are they being listed for?
2. How many homes are currently pending or contingent, and how much are they in contract for?
3. What homes have sold year to date (2026)? And how does that compare to the same period of time as last year?
